Welcome to this contemporary home set in vibrant University District. The newest master planned community within minutes from most wineries, beaches, Graton Casino, hiking through redwood forest.. This newly constructed home features a 1st floor bedroom and full bathroom. The primary bedroom is a spacious room with a king size sleep number bed with an adjustable base, bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms upstairs include a queen bed and two full beds with a full bathroom to share. The backyard includes modern design of grass, raised bed with herbs, vegetables. There is outdoor furniture, BBQ, hot tub, and trampoline for the kids.
