“The Boatyard was the ideal location for our Christmas celebration with its panoramic view of the village of Kennebunkport all decked out for the holidays. In addition the village was a short 5 minute walk to enjoy the festive atmosphere. The condo itself was great with an ideal layout, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, even for preparing an elaborate holiday meal and super comfortable, quiet bedrooms.”

“John was attentive and extremely helpful during our stay. The location was great - we were able to walk to the downtown area and just a few blocks to the Eastern Promenade. Uber ride to downtown was around $7. Beautiful city and wonderful VRBO.”

“Love it when there are no surprises. This property was just as listed. The pictures were accurate. The checkin and departure process was super easy. The location cannot be beat! Walk out to the beach and they have a station to clean your sand off before entering the building again. We visited with three teenagers and had plenty of room for five people. The property management company and the building staff were incredibly kind. We would return again!”
