We had to go find clean towels ourselves and the room phone doesn’t work. There is also no receptionist you can speak to. The parking they provided was also hard to locate the entrance. Google map will take you to a completely different place. "

"Very modern property in a great location just a few minutes walk from Ostkreuz station which has direct trains both to the airport and the city centre. There’s also a nice lake very close by which seemed good to walk around. Friendly and helpful staff who let me check in a bit earlier than the official time so I could drop off my bag and go sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and I got a very good night’s sleep. Facilities in the room were fine for what I needed on a city break - it included a small kitchenette which I didn’t use but would be helpful for people on longer stays I guess. Great price paid too. I’d definitely recommend."
