“We brought our family because my daughter was doing a college visit at WKU the space was nice. Spacious and clean. There was no extra toilet paper, no broom to clean up, and the communication after check in wasn’t great luckily we didn’t really need anything and none of this affected our stay. The property is on a serious slope in the back and in my opinion, not something to tackle too easily for lake access. We're fishermen and were expecting the water level to be too low to use the dock, but we also didnt know the dock is a good deal away even if we could have.
