The heater was off. Since the room had been reserved in advance, they could have at least turned it on, even at a low setting to take the chill off. 2nd - they no longer include courtesy coffee makers in the room and they have locked off the small breakfast/ coffee area they "used" to provide. 3rd - most importantly I discovered the "door did not automatically lock" when I left the room!!! I did ring the bell at the service window, but after waiting in the cold for too long I left. It used to be a decent place to stay. NO LONGER!! We go in the lobby when we checked in at night or when we left at 7am. The check in staff was fairly rude.. they have a window with a slot at the bottom and you have to stay leaned over to talk to him and hear him because he sure won't and he spoke very quietly. Bed was comfortable. If there was breakfast it sure wasn't open at 7am.
