Neighborhood:
Earning a Walk Score of 94 to 95 out of 100, Old Bellevue is officially classified as a "Walker's Paradise." Sophari Parkside sits in this preserved historic micro-neighborhood, where Main Street's early-1900s storefronts and small-town charm sit at the southern edge of Downtown Bellevue's skyline, bordering Bellevue Downtown Park. Bellevue Square is about a quarter mile away, and the broader downtown core is an easy five-minute walk. This unit suits solo professionals, individuals or couples on relocation, and anyone who wants a walkable, established neighborhood feel.
Transportation:
The Bellevue Downtown Link light rail station is about 0.65 miles away. Old Bellevue itself is fully walkable for dining and shopping, with the downtown core just a five-minute walk north.
Parking Information:
* Parking is not included in the nightly room rate. On-site parking is available for $35 USD per day on a first-come, first-served basis, with discounted rates offered for extended stays.
* Guests who booked parking receive two fobs: one for the garage gate and one for building amenities (elevator, gym, leasing office). The garage fob has two buttons: press the first to open the outer gate (which stays open), then the second to open the inner gate once you're inside (which stays closed). If you reserved parking but weren't given a fob, you can still operate the gates manually (we will send instructions).
* Spaces are compact-car sized, and the garage has a 7'0" height clearance; larger vehicles and second cars are accommodated based on availability.
* Should on-site space be unavailable or unsuitable for your vehicle, alternative parking options include nearby street parking and the building's kiosk system.
* Ticketing and Towing: If you park in an unauthorized space and receive a ticket or your vehicle is towed, we are not responsible for any associated bills or retrieval coordination, and you must pay them in a timely manner.
