The check in was nice, the man at the counter was amicable and told us everything we needed to know. Our hotel had a distinct motel smell, was uncomfortably warm throughout the night, but was clean and safe. I would stay here again.

Overnight stay prior to onward travel. Room offered was on 3rd floor with no lifts and no service. No food available but mall close by. Warm room hot shower over bath. Comfortable bed. Very basic

Renter beware!

Had to call for a maintenance person to fix electrical issues. Still couldn't get half the room lit.. Air conditioning was running very slow. The fan wasn't be very fast. Bathtub was chipped. The bed was rock hard. The hardwood floor was clean, at least. And the microwave worked.

The bed was great. No coffee available in room and the office didn't open until 8:30am, so we couldn't get coffee there either at 6am. Strangely the sink in the room had hot water from both knobs, and the shower water temp fluctuated. The room was clean 👌

Extra nice staff. Very noisy upstairs neighbors! Sounded like someone walking in heels dragging a suitcase at 3 am lasted for hours. Also huge gap between the door and frame.

Good stay if you want to save some money. Not the most clean place, and limited in terms of public transportation. We would have to uber to the transit centre to take a bus, or walk the 40 minute walk or so. Otherwise, it was what we expected.

The bed away from the window was very uncomfortable. You sit at the headboard and it is really not stable feeling. The room was clean could be updated. But it was clean. It worked for my one night stay.
