If you’re a light sleeper, the downstairs bedroom would be better than the upstairs room, which has an en-suite bath. We were hosting family from overseas, so gave them the nicer bedroom, but the trains sounding their horns all night long disturbed their sleep. The first floor bedroom is quiet, the second floor kitchen is equipped with everything one might need, and the third floor master has great views. The patio overlooking the waterfront is a great space to wind down after the day’s events. We would definitely stay at this property again. ##### Jessica R. This property was the ideal lodging for our exploration of Seattle. The home is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with all the necessary amenities and an exceptional view of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound. Property managers were easy to communicate with and the reserved parking space was essential because we arrived home late each night and there was no street parking available. The location is fabulous, the accommodation was excellent, all amenities taken care of. The owners really pay attention to detail, and we were very happy and impressed with accommodation. This two bedroom townhouse fit our family of four perfectly. The house had all the amenities you could possibly think of. It was extremely clean and communication with the host was excellent.
