Yard needs a lot of work. Had to park on the street as the back parking area was blocked with a old gutted trailer. Owner had quite a bit of personal belongings about the property, back deck/porch was pretty cluttered. Smoke alarms were not evident in bedrooms. Refrigerator is a little small and was partially full. Carlos did say to use what ever we wanted, he was super communicative and friendly. Went out of his way to make it a pleasurable trip.
