Firstly, the Hotel rooms are needing upgrading very 1970’s.
Secondly, The water from the shower very hot not possible have cold water which bad after being by the pool in 30° heat.
Thirdly, The music around the pool area very very Loud not possible to relax. When we asked to turn it down we got no response.
Fourthly, My wife was walking from hotel to go to the shop across the road which are bad condition she fell and fractured her ankle and the nearest major hospital is around 1 hour drive if your lucky.
Lastly, The staff did all they could to help so that’s a positive remark.

Chuveiro improvisado sem aterramento e dando choque. água acabou no meio do banho onde tive de avisar a recepção que efetuou um procedimento pare resolver, tive que aguardar 10 minutos para concluir. poucas tomadas no quarto. tv não era smart. chão do quarto precisando de manutenção

"Atendimento nota 1000, funcionários nota 1000. Café da manhã bem humilde, mas de acordo com o foco do hotel e a única coisa ruim. Foi um chuveiro elétrico que tava 70% entupido. Chuveiro elétrico já não deveria ter em hotel imagina assim. Mas tava no geral bom. Só revejam estes itens"
