We absolutely loved our stay at the Palisades sanctuary. Clara was so responsive to the few questions we had and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend the house. We stayed there with 2 couples and 6 children and was more than enough space. Home is set in a stunning backdrop and super close to the town, less than 5 min drive.

Host was very responsive and kind. House was beautiful with great scenery all around. There were very nice touches throughout the house that made our stay so pleasant such as the soft robes, tea options (GREAT selections), and kitchen amenities. Highly recommend staying for here on your next trip out to Sedona.

We absolutely loved our stay and everything about the home. Our views were incredible. The home had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplaces and seeing all the stars at night. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again for everything

The only complaint we had was the condition of the patio and outdoor dining chairs off the living room. The patio furniture is in desperate need of replacement as are the dining table chairs.

Stayed for 3 nights for a long bday weekend. Clara our host was attentive and answered any questions I had. The home is extremely clean and set back in a quiet neighborhood tucked into the base of the mountain. You are 7 mins from everything in town. They are currently building a pool which is the only thing that could’ve made the stay more epic.

We stayed here with friends during my birthday this year. Clara, was very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns we had. Secluded but close to everything

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. There was plenty of space and the outdoor space was perfect. It’s at the end of a street so it feels very private and has stunning views while still being about 6 min from everything in Sedona. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Birthday celebration in Sedona

We had the best time in beautiful Sedona! The house was perfect for my large group of extended family. The views are amazing from almost every window and the decks made it nice to enjoy the outdoors. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and more. We’ll definitely be back!

Turn key home with a heart and stunning views!

We had a four night stay to celebrate our daughter’s wedding in Sedona. We found the cozy, well decorated home to be very well appointed with everything we needed. It was clean and there were some amazing touches as well, such as a robe for each person-came in very handy for hot tubbing! We loved the yoga mats, and decks on both sides of the home for enjoying the red rock views and the stars at night. The management company had excellent communications and was very responsive. Also, the location is very central, even with the roundabouts! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic views of Sedona’s red rocks

A comfortable and well equipped house on the edge of a residential area with great views of the red rocks especially from the living room, master bedroom and jacuzzi. Very quiet with a good distance to the nearest houses. Great communication from the host. Definitely recommend.

60th bday girls’ trip!

This was my 60th bday celebration with 8 women. It was such a fun, restful, joyous experience! This home is exactly as described with no negative surprises. Just positive ones! The King suite upstairs exceeded expectations. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the window in the shower. The views were beyond words. Host Clara was very responsive and kitchen is very well appointed. Would definitely recommend this VRBO

We had a great trip, but for price house did not meet expectations

My family (ranging in age from 4 to 80) had a great stay in Sedona. The reason for my 3-star “okay” review is because when you rent a house for 1700/night (15k all in) you want to love it! Not have to report issues. Key issues:- Home is listed as 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom. 1 bathroom is a half-bath, which I don’t think is stated in listing. Not sure 5 bedrooms is fair either as two downstairs rooms (double queen, king) do not have closets and the bathroom those rooms are to share is very tight for 4-6 people (2 towel hooks?). We sent 3 kids upstairs to shower. - Floor cleanliness. We had pet hair on our socks and pants, the kids feet/socks from running around barefoot inside were dirty, and when I went to wipe our hair on the bathroom floor the tissue was black. - Under-stocked kitchen. There was not enough silverware for 12 people (10 forks, 4 teaspoons), no baker dish, utensils scattered in drawer, no Tupperware, no pyrex, etc. Clara brought more silverware. - It’s one thing for a house (kitchen, bathrooms) to be dated but sofas were not overly inviting and rugs in both living room and downstairs king bedroom were stained. Living room comfortably seats 6 people, but we made it work. Other than decks, no other indoor hangout area.- There was a broom, but no dustpan or vacuum. Clara brought both. Again, we had a great time in the end. Highlights are location, decks, and hot tub. Clara was generous and responsive, addressing issues that she could.

Our adult family all met in Sedona for Christmas week and had a wonderful time!’ The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to all that Sedona has to offer. Management was responsive to questions.

Our family of 7 had an amazing 3-night stay at this property. The location was perfect close to all major local attractions yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
