The chalet feels brand new, fresh and clean with very comfortable beds and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. It was easy to access the pool, spa and gym of the Mountains Hotel through a gate just outside the kitchen door (but thanks to good soundproofing, we weren’t bothered by noise from the pool area). We loved the sauna and when we briefly had difficulty with the WiFi, Catherine helped us fix it right away.
