"We enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House. It's a wonderful property tucked away on a tree-lined neighborhood. It's an easy walk to Brown's campus and to restaurants in Wayland Square. The house is very functional--three large bedrooms and another bed in the loft. It was very comfortable for two couples. We worried that it might feel too close to the main house, but that wasn't the case. We really felt like we had our own space, and very much enjoyed our time there."
"Jennifer’s apartment is very clean and comfortable. We were able to control the indoor temperature and the hallway between the bedroom and living room provides ample privacy. The bathroom was immaculate and had all the things we needed including a washer and dryer. There is free and secure parking just across the street. We couldn’t ask for more!"

"Great location. Close to food, entertainment and activity. Nice 1st floor property. Parking is close. Review the messages to find the parking-can be a little bit confusing. Coffee provided. 2nd bedroom is a futon, but comfortable. Might be tough for more than 3. Overall---I really liked it."
"It was as described. The property was clean, stocked with coffee, spices, napkins, and paper towels. The bed was comfy and the recliner couch was wonderful. Location was perfect! The owners were on site and checked in to be sure we didn't need anything. We would stay again when visiting family. "
"What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable.
The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown.
There was a festival happening just down the road at the Portuguese Church. We wound up going twice for the food. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and we had no worries walking around at all...even after a few sangrias at the festival. :)
Speaking of food, make sure to walk to the Taunton Avenue Bakery for pasteis de natas! And the sandwiches are great too!

"We were in Providence, RI for a National Gymnastics competition. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Outside the city in East Providence but just a short drive to everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment was newly renovated and clean. I was impressed with the stock items provided in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. It had everything we needed!"
