“This place was exactly as it appears in photos - large, modern, comfy and spotless. We just wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the "apartment" . Host was responsive and easy. Definitely a cool find in a cool city! ”

“I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !”

“Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before……

“The apartment was charming and conveniently located. We were able to park on the street most days, but made use of the provided parking pass (once) for the area across the street. We were able to walk to the Brown bookstore and restaurants within a few minutes and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning East Coast architecture. We were able to fit 5 people into the apartment comfortably (3 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child). There is a Whole Foods nearby. The private patio was perfect for……

“This place was so clean, stylish and comfortable! The location was great, walkable to lots of local cafes and restaurants. Easy access to highways too. The host’s communication was great too. I traveled with two of my kids (teenagers) and they loved it too. Would definitely book again.”

“Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance……
