Thr staff was very friendly at check in. Every morning for breakfast we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was good and had coffee every morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to OKC.

This hotel is a MUST, it's absolutely adorable! The design aesthetics are fantastic, the rooms are beautifully done, the Citizen House is a jewel!!!

We had just stayed in a LaQuinta in Glen Rose, TX and it was wonderful. The low rating here is due to a couple of things--one of which is out of the control of the local hotel. Unlike in Glen Rose, we needed to do a couple of tasks for work and needed access to the wifi. We were told by the staff that Wyndham had recently changed their policy for free wifi access so that you had to "join" their rewards program. I already had an account that had not been accessed in a while and when I tried to access it, a verification email was sent to my email account--which without wifi, I had no access to. A catch-22 situation and I spent nearly an hour trying to make it work and had thought I would just sign up for a new one. One front desk person helped--the other one was not helpful at all and was in fact directly rude (I failed to get names). This policy is in direct opposition with other hotel reward programs I'm a member of and I don't think it's appropriate. Secondly, having just come from the Glen Rose LaQuinta who served Seattle's Best Coffee, this location served some brand that was close to being undrinkable. We didn't bother asking and just went to Starbucks instead. Our trip involved multiple stays in other brand hotels and they all had free wifi by entering our name and room number.

Erika was a super fantastic front desk clerk! Helped me find a steak dinner at a restaurant before it closed. The room was fine, comfortable clean. Hotel was in good working order. Maybe not the nicest area, but I was able to drive around the hotel safely.
