The hotel is very run down. They are supposed to be refurbishing it but I can’t see where? The pool loungers are in shocking condition, not safe to sit on. Choice at breakfast wasn’t great quality. Very disappointing stay overall. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

Definitely not up to a 4-star standard and definitely not worth the price. It looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a suite with a bathtub, but all the suite rooms face the street and a nearby club—no nice view, and it was noisy until the club closed at 1 a.m. There were no noise-cancelling windows, which made it hard to sleep. Even after room cleaning, there were still stains on the bed. The hotel doesn’t offer any laundry facilities or services. They only provided two bath towels—no medium or small ones. Most of the facilities are old and worn down; one of the deck chairs even had a hole in it. The only positive is that it’s very close to the beach, but overall, not worth the money

First night they had me in a room which is adjacent to Mexicola Hotel. It was awful. The music which could be heard in my room was louder than the TV. This went until 1am. I phoned reception and they knew exactly what the problem was and thankfully were able to change me to a quite room the next day. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room and public areas clean. Staff very friendly.

The first room we stayed in smelt badly of raw sewage so our sleep wasn’t great. We were moved into another room. Doonas in both rooms (when cover removed) had significant blood stains on it. The mattresses also had significant stains from people’s body fluids. The night club was also very noisy so wouldn’t recommend if you wanted a peaceful night sleep. Every day we had to ask for clean cups and glasses.

The building was being repainted. The painters were causing old paint flakes to fall into the pool. It was unusable. After speaking with the front desk the painters put a tarp over the pool which helped with their clean up but still made the pool unusable until the evening. Also, the room smelled heavily of mold and mildew.

三日間宿泊させていただきました。 他国を経由しつつバリでは落ち着いたエリアでゆっくりしたく、こちらのホテルに決めました。 空港から空港へのタクシーもホテル前で停車できるため、大きな荷物があっても全く問題ありませんでした。 海沿いにお店が多く立ち並ぶクタやレギャンとは違い、落ち着いたビーチに近く朝や夕方の散歩、軽い遊泳には最適だと思います。 夜はバリらしいナイトクラブが隣に一件あり、店前は爆音で騒がしいですが、その分人がいる、かつ、警備員もいるのでそれはそれで安心でした。(ちなみに自分が予約したプール側の部屋では騒音などは全くありませんでした。) 施設は水回りなど多少は使用感もありますが、それでも清掃が行き届いていて金額と併せて考えても全く申し分ないです。 ホテルスタッフの方へリクエストを一件したのですが、素早くルームサービスに来てくれたり、ホスピタリティも感じました。 プールが魅力的で使用を考えていましたが、ロケーションとしてプールを囲むように各部屋のベランダがあるので、自分にはハードルが高く、結果使用はしませんでした。プールサイドで楽しむ程度てしたら良いと思います。 何を目的とするかですが、ゆっくりとバリを楽しむには立地、ホテルのクオリティ、広さ問題ないと思います。 全日レストランを利用しなかったので、次回また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
