They need more amenities I didn't even get a ice bucket in my room in had to get ice in a bag which was ridiculous I wanted to use the hot tub but the office said its under construction and the pool u cant use other than that's it's good but the office needs a 24 hour staff cuz when they leave customers can't. Get help

It was conveniently located and it was clean. My issues with the room was that it was not well maintained. There was several lights out, the faucet was loose and moved around. The carpet was clean but had several discolorations and seemed to need replacement. The pool area was clean but the water itself was greenish, leading me to believe it's possibly an algae issue. I needed to get to the airport early, 6 a.m.and the office door was locked. There was a number to call in case of being locked but received an answering machine. I left the key in the room because there was no other place to leave it. The place was okay, however, I probably would not recommend it to a friend and I myself probably would not stay there again.
