The hotel was conveniently located with shopping areas close by. The airport limousine bus stopping in front of the hotel is a game changer for me. The subways are close by within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will stay in this hotel again when I get a chance.

Great hotel and great location. Free lockers to leave bags before check-in was an added bonus. Enjoyed the breakfast - it had a good mix of Western and Korean style foods. Would stay here again.

Easy way to airport via limo bus which is 2 min walk from hotel . Line 2 and 5 is just nearby. Staff are very helpful. Room facilities are new and with practical use and sustainabiltiy in mind by the hotel. There are nearby malls as well

Check-in and check-out process was very simple and easy. We used the laundry facility available and it was very simple and they had machine to purchase detergent and fabric softener. The machines took card and cash. We also booked with daily breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a decent mix of food and really liked the coffee. Rooms were clean and quiet. Another plus was in the entrance area there was a vending machine for amenities and currency exchange. Buses and subways were close. Plenty of places to eat nearby and best party was shopping was so close! I would stay again in the future.

3人部屋でそれぞれベッドがある部屋を探していました。コーヒーが常に飲めるところ、給水機があるところ、日本語が話せるスタッフがいるところもよかったです。また、日本で食べられないグルメが近くの市場で食べられるので、待ち時間の計算がしやすく、場所もよかったです。行きは仁川空港から特急に乗りましたが、ソウルはエスカレーターがないところが多いので、大変でした。帰りは出てすぐのところにあるバス停から空港に向かいました。これはとても快適でした。

Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr klein, aber perfekt sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück dürfte gerne etwas vielfältiger sein. Was uns zum Teil wirklich nervte: Es gibt für die ca. 20 Stockwerke nur 2 Aufzüge. In den Stoßzeiten warteten wir schon mal gut 10 Minuten, bis man sich überhaupt mal in einen überfüllten Aufzug reindrücken konnte.
