Nice clean room, thank you for the blackout curtains. We've stayed before and would stay again. Please consider adding a water fountain or keeping water dispenser in lobby- it is strange to me to not have access to water outside breakfast hours when the juice/water dispenser is turned off. The front desk was kind to give me bottle of water upon asking.

Vacation at Sevierville ii

Wonderful location. Appreciate the size of the handicap room so I was able to use my wheelchair and my walker. The bathroom was really nice and loved the walk-in shower. Thee drain in the middle of the bathroom floor is dangerous.

One of our best stays on vacation

Our stay was amazing family enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing also. Recently found out after we got home my son left his coat and staff was very helpful with locating it and taking my information to get it sent to Indiana

Very nice hotel, clean and accommodating. Staff was so friendly…pool was warm and clean, hotel is centrally located and close to so much, eating, shopping, etc, hot breakfast with good variety, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever get to Tennessee again we would stay here again.
