All the staff of the entire Hotel was so helpful and courteous. It’s great to have a wash and dryer in the room. Definitely will come back if I return to Shanghai again. Love the deco in the hotel especially the floor tiles and the high ceiling.

It's very nice serviced apartment in the heart of tourist area and close to walking street and public transportation. The in-room washing/drying machine is great add-on. Just one regret is about the breakfast. It's basic Chinese style and we went to hotels nearby

This hotel is not for everyone. The positives: Great location, aesthetically good, comfortable bed, good bathroom & fixtures, friendly helpful staff. The drawbacks: Apartment very small, kitchen not really functional (it had nothing to cook or eat with), very expensive. In summary you pay for the location. Would recommend for a solo traveller or couple who are seeking a boutique hotel experience but this is not a suitable hotel for young families.

Newly renovated; elegant apartments with nice rooms and kitchen. A wow!!! Great bar “Opus” on the roof. Close to People’s Park and metro lines; easily walkable to Nanjing road and Bund. Only slight negative is breakfast is tepid coffee and pastry from the bakery next door, not a full breakfast. Staff are very friendly.

The check in was smooth, the rooms were spacious and elegant. The staffs were super helpful and great in all ways! The service was great and the comms between guests and hotel staffs were easy as we can call or use WeChat to reach out to the staffs. There’s some improvements like the bathroom floor sink area could be better maintained. The aircon can be improved as the aircon was not that cold as we would like it to be. Top French style apartment hotel

very very great experience . French deco , black and white style with elegance. The room is WOW , you can get “Closer” to the city by just walking into the balcony. The staffs are so helpful and everything is organized very well. The location is super super great at the heart of Shanghai, just 3 min away from the city museum / metro station / big shopping malls.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were clean, however, I feel they were smaller than described. Staff members are friendly. Just a couple of things, my booking included breakfast and free drinks at the bar. Reception was not forthcoming with either, I had to ask them to check again before breakfast vouchers were given, I never was given any welcome drinks at the bar. I didn’t demand it either since I don’t drink but feel the hotel should be giving people a voucher at check in. The free breakfast was very limited, I used it once in the 10 days I stayed. Overall, I feel I miss the gym, pool, dining facilities at a normal hotel. Opartment is very nice for someone who does not need those. Also there is no bath tub.

An Aparthotel converted from a historic building that is done tastefully. Spacious room with lots of storage space and a washer/dryer. Very obliging and helpful, friendly staff. Only complaint is the aircon which is super strong despite adjusting the temp to 25C, and it still felt like 12C. Hotel is close to malls and underground stations. Very convenient. Hotel nevertheless should provide instruction on how taxis can stop in front of the hotel because it’s not straightforward.

We recently stayed at the Opartment for 2 nights with our adult children and felt welcome. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help despite the language difference. Our 2 bedroom suite was amazing and spotless. The location is a few blocks away from the Raffles City shopping mall and many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent. The best part of the hotel was the General Manager. He was considerate and kept regular contact. I have been travelling for 45 years now and have been to best part of the world. But the General Manager was the best who kept personal contact and any concern i showed he acted to solve it there and then although there were not many concerns. Most of the staff spoke english. If any staff didn't understand they ran to the room to ask again. When ever i travel to Shanghai for sure I'll stay in this hotel. the air freshener they use is the next level I asked Ben about the air fresher and he was nice enough to leave a bottle for me. This is what traveller wants a personal touch. Well done you guys I stayed in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou but the most ,memorable stay was Shanghai.

Beautiful Balcony

A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App.

This is not just 5 stars hotel, but 100 stars hotel. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Most of all, the manager Ben, he was so sincere, kind, and thoughtful. From the moment of the check in, I could that all staffs and the manager Ben welcomed us sincerely. I really enjoyed every single day during the stay. I could tell all staffs were really hard working and diligent. We visited Shanghai to celebrate my father's burthday, and the manager offered me a full surprise! Thank you so much, Ben. The atmosphere of the hotel was also great and comfortable. It was so elegant, yet it made me to feel as if I was in my home. The room was very trendy and clean. The bed was also excellent. I had such a good night sleep. The room was equipped with full kitchen with built in washing machine and dryer. The pressure of the shower head was also excellent. I was so amazed and satisfied. They also offer light breakfast (bread, juice and coffee) or light Chinese style meal. If you plan to travel Shanghai and if you don't stay in this hotel, you will regret it. I really loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.
