Unfortunately, we had an awkward check-in experience being asked by one of the employees to wait outside because it wasn’t check-in time (it was 2:30pm, half an hour prior to check-in) even though other guests we had taken the shuttle from the train station with had been invited in. The rest of the check-in experience was not very warm or friendly, which tainted the rest of the stay for me. That said, the staff that served breakfast and helped us with check-out were wonderful and extremely friendly.
