"I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...
"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo.
Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. We would call loved ones and share our experiences and a laugh and would get a knock on the wall. Felt like we were walking on eggshells just for laughing and talking (note,...
"Accès compliqué, odeur pestilentielle dans les parties communes, chambre en sous sol sans fenêtre, lit inconfortable et pas d’eau chaude. Les ingrédients d’une nuit ratée. J’ai annulé deux nuits mais la première m’a été facturée le double du prix affiché. Lamentable. Une chambre à fuir"
"The suite was very spacious. Two separate bedrooms for that price was amazing. The unit was nice and clean and including nice amenities like full kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioners worked well and it was very close to multiple train lines to get you where you needed to go quickly. "
"Very cozy stay at this hotel. I had some worries about checking in, but the staff kept communicating with me through the app and they were very helpful."
"Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. "
"I love the concrete design and practical setup. Everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay, the first of our Japan trip, convenient and quiet location. Great wifi and iron available when needed. Bed was very comfortable too."
"My other review is detailed but, in short, it’s a youth hostel with only private rooms no dorms. Everything is communal. Bathrooms, showers washing machine, no dryer"
"Location wasn’t bad, near several train stations so it’s easy to get around. The walls are very thin so you hear everything that everyone else is doing all of the time. When I booked this property, it’s listed that the check out time is 11:00 am, but at 10:00 am the manager came up to me and told me that the check out time is actually 10. I showed her my reservation that shows it 11, but she made me pack quickly and leave so be aware the 11:00am check out listing is wrong and they won’t honor...
"The room is spacious, spanning two floors, the main entry and bedroom, and a living space and shower room below. Can easily accommodate four people comfortably, even six. This area is located close to the Shin okubo station, just one station away from Shinjuku and in reality is within walking distance, or taxi if you're dressed up for the night life. There are a lot of hidden gems around. I recommend N2O. Small bar, but great service."

"Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."
"What an excellent stay at the APA Rygoku Eki! Our 1st time at an APA hotel. Twin room was compact but very functional. Space under the bed for storing suitcases. Bathroom is tight, but efficient. Great showerhead! Also liked the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Refills everyday of towels, toothpaste, cups/coffee. Very quiet too. We barely heard anyone for our whole 5nite stay. Six elevators get busy at certain times, but never too much of an issue. Beds were very comfy & A/C worked great. Had a Lawson’s in the hotel which was handy for snacks/dinner/breakfast/drinks. Only a few minutes stroll to Rygoku Station and right beside the sumo wrestling arena. A couple of km’s walk from Senso-ji Temple, so that was handy."
