We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is centrally located and on the city's pedonale/old part of the city. A very beautiful part of the city, close to museum of photography, museum of history, city hall, city parks, churches, and mosques. Staff was helpful, polite and accommodating, hotel was clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property to city visitors.

Excellent hotel right in the hub of the city. Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and obliging. We used the indoor pool after a hot bike ride - very refreshing - great spa staff member. Hotel stored our luggage for 3 days at no charge after check out. Very convenient whilst we travelled to Komani Lake for 3 nights. WiFi excellent. Good array of sport and English speaking news channels. Overall very happy with this hotel.

It was a better than I expected stay in this hotel. I had just 1 night stay. A very convenient location in the city centre opposite the mosque. A very friendly staff at reception. A nice sauna, steam room and pool, which are open from 10am to 10 pm. Breakfast had a large variety.

No 1 on our balkanjourney with car.

This hotel was wonderful and sauna and spa was included. Even breakfast. The parking was a little bit tricky to find but the staff fixed it. Number 1 and I am i a wheelchair and can not walk. Everything worked an the city is worth visiting. /Rickard, Sweden

Great staff especially Emmanuel the guy in the gym and another guy on the desk who’s name I don’t know. They let us leave our luggage while we went hiking in the mountains for a few days free of charge. Breakfast was great. Room was big and clean.
