Bed was comfortable until it wasn’t. 2:30 am bed bugs came out for dinner biting my arms and side of face. At check out, I took the captured bugs to the front desk. No refund, no discount, no future stay was offered.

Could use a trash can in the bathroom, lotion, more hangers, and a couple extra pillows. 4 stars because no breakfast, and there was a guest with an unleashed dog at the counter that scared my husband at checkin when it barked and ran a couple steps towards him.

When we checked in the manager told us that our reservation was not in his computer. He had to call Expedia to get it finalized even though the booking was two months and confirmed. So, check in took a while. The room was clean amd comfortable, but did not like the off street parking. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable, Quaint and Worth the Price

A nice local spot to stay at. Hosts were very nice and the Inn is mostly updated. Very comfortable and breakfast was good. Only complaint is when we entered our room it was very hot. It took an hour of full blast AC before I could breathe.

The entire hotel was disgusting. The room was renter specialed and dirty. The worst part of the entire experience wasn’t even these problems, it was the fact that the door to our room was a HALLOW residential door. This is totally unsafe for a hotel, it would take a total of one shoulder bump to force entry into the room. As a mother traveling alone with her small child, there’s no way I was going to be sleeping in that room. They refused to refund even a portion of my money, their reasoning was “there is no crime in this city”….. it was cheap, but even this surpasses you get what you paid for. I went down to the motel 6 and it was WAY better than Rodeway Inn. 0/10!!!!!!

The property was old and tired. The beds were uncomfortable, lousy pillows. The pictures online were not showing the true condition of the property. Only positive is the young man working the front desk was very accommodating when the A/C in our room was real loud. He quickly gave us another room. The room was bigger but the bed was awful.

Disappointing for a Wyndham property. I’ve stayed in much better hotels for less. The hotel is old and needs remodeling. No greeting on arrival. Desk staff needs to be replaced.
