"Condo was very nice , beautiful view of the mountains, lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out, perfect for a multi-generational trip ( infant to 70 year olds). There is 4 levels so alot of stairs but you get your exercise that way and definitely let everyone have their space. Kitchen was fully stocked....only issue we had was the keurig wasn't working but there was a coffee pot so the coffee drinkers did survive lol . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!! "

"The over-all stay was good. The process to get the home reserved and to get checked in was much to be desired. First, there should be an option to pay for the whole trip upfront. Not two payments on different days. This is just unnecessary and frustrating. I had to make several attempts get the information for the actual unit we were staying in. The communication between VRBO and the customer was very inconsistent, and I had to track down the information to sign the rental agreement and get the...

"Nice location and easy check in but hot water in the bathroom did not worked. Called multiple times to have it fixed and no one would return my call. Had to leave a day early to come home so my kids could take a shower. I’m a camper so missing shower or two doesn’t hurt me, but when you’re paying for a service and can’t get the basics that you pay for, is pretty frustrating."
