“The cabins need a deep cleaning to start with. It seems as they only change sheets and take out trash. The dust could affect anyone’s allergies and asthma. Very cozy but not very clean for what they charge, they should improve their quality. ”

“Cabin was the perfect size for 2 people. Area was quiet, surrounded by pine trees. Close to downtown Ruidoso while at the same time seeming far away due to being surrounded by nature. Cabin was equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, bath, bed and grill. Gas grill and coffee maker with both Kcup and brewing. The only negative would be that the fireplace was not operational. We would definitely stay again.”

“We loved the cabin and the location! We brought our pets and the area was very nice to walk them in. My only complaint is how loud the upstairs can be. Any step or movement from the upstairs neighbors would shake the house, which was really bothersome at night. Other than that, everything was perfect.”

“What a wonderful cabin! It had everything my husband and I needed. The kitchen and living room area were spacious, the wi-fi connection was strong, and it was such a plus to have a whirlpool tub and a hotub! We also saw deer nearby! Great experience!”

“We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, attractive, well furnished and met our needs. The neighborhood was quiet with little to no traffic on that street. There were great restaurants close by and shopping. We had a little trouble with the access code when we tried to enter, but Hummingbird was quick to respond with another door code. ”
