"This is my second time visiting and using Crown Point. I highly recommend them to friends and family for their Ruidoso getaway. The staff is sweet and understanding and if they can try to check you in sooner, they will, they’re communicative and responsive. I have never had an issue with my stays and housekeeping keeps things well stocked. The view is incredible! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Great value for being on top of the mountain. Check in was easy and checkout even faster. Comes with all the basics. Bed and pillows were Extra firm and dated, and could use an update. "

"The kids loved the house and pool. The house looks just like the listing and was clean (except old bottles and chip bags found under the beds when I was cleaning, which were not ours). However, the downstairs heater was not working and it got down to 53 our 2nd night and the kids were extremely cold. The pool table is not playable as it is broken, torn up, and wobbly. And you need muscle to open and close the door to the swimming pool. We had a great time regardless and it's a birthday my daughter and her friends will not soon forget!"
