“Lakeview balcony was a great amenity. Rooms were outdated and didn’t have 1 consistent color scheme. Bed was uncomfortable and the mattress protector was loud like laying on a grocery bag. Front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel was great location. There was no soft screen behind curtains so if you wanted to change in the room you had to completely shut the heavy window curtain which would make the room very dark. Arcade games do not reflect accurately in the photo. Would definitely book again,……

“The condition of the property was as described in the listing. Good location within walking distance of downtown. I would have rated it higher, but we could not get the electronic door lock to work from the outside. I contacted the management company for help, but they did not help.
