> Maximum occupancy: eight (8) guests and three (3) cars. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and community parking area. Any additional guests staying onsite MUST be reported to VRPM immediately.
> Maximum of two (2) dogs (60 lbs. max) are allowed. No additional animals are permitted.
> No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed on the property.
> ”Quiet Hours” MUST be adhered to from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., particularly outside and/or in the hot tub. To comply with noise level restrictions and ensure your safety, we have partnered with NoiseAware™. The system monitors indoor common areas and outdoor noise levels while providing liability protection.
> No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.
> You must be at least 25 years old to book, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required on all stays.
