We had no hot water and the room was quite small and dark. No natural light. But the employee were kind!

The staff when you come in was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions you had. When big buses arrived with people they were very organized and you were able to still to get through even though the lobby is very small.

Complicated check in and booking process. If you can look past that, the value for money is decent

Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.

It was comfortable and a convenient location. We didn’t use parking, but there was an assigned spot available to use. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. They desperately need better lighting in both bedrooms - we had to move the living room lamp into the smaller bedroom if we would have been in darkness once daylight was done. Also, for those who live places (like BC) where garbage chutes are almost never seen, there is one on the floor.
