The place is not clean. The hair blower and light is broken. The attendant ask us to complete a job request form. Then ask the guest to check the fuse box themselves. Upon insistence, finally sent someone to take a look. Guest have to buy hair blower for use as an unexpected event

The property and amenities are gorgeous. Every room has fresh filtered water out of the tap. The food is great. Sitting on the balcony with a drink was lovely. But the best part? The service.
