“Great property for large families or groups. We were a group of ten in town for a wedding. Conveniently located in Bolton Landing. Comfortable living spaces inside and a nice sun porch overlooking the street. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Maria was very communicative and responsive. Upstairs bathrooms were a little tight but fully functional and understandable given the age and historic nature of the house. 10+”

“The house was a perfect weekend getaway for a group of friends from the city. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could need. We even got two feet of snow, so it was a magical Vermont experience! We would definitely go back and thank you!”

“Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)”

“Three Bears Lodge was just perfect for a girlfriend getaway for two nights. The place was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare meals, the hot tub was super relaxing and the owner made himself available for any questions or issues. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saratoga without the hustle and bustle. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again if the opportunity presented itself. There is a Keurig coffee machine available but remember to bring along...
