"I checked in on an incredibly hot day when the air conditioning wasn't working as it should. The lady at reception moved my room without being asked to make sure the room I was checked into had air con. When I got to my room, it had clearly been prepared with the heat in mind - the curtains were closed against the direct sunlight and a fan was running - the room was lovely and cool, a nice reprieve from the heat outside. Staff are polite and incredibly helpful. "

"Clean and comfortable budget hotel, a short walk up the hill to city centre. Easy to park, though you have to pay some other company on an app. Friendly reception. Good stay. "
