This beachfront two bedroom, two bath condominium located at the Saida Royale Beach & Tennis Club offers gorgeous beach views from every room. The amenities don't stop there. The Saida complex offers three pools (one heated), four tennis courts and four jacuzzi's. Saida Royale 88-89 is located within walking distance of fine dining, shops and more. You will have private beach access to South Padre Island's sandy beaches.

The master bedroom entails a King bed and the guest bedroom entails two Queen beds. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen televisions. Cable television and wifi are included as well. The fully stocked kitchen features contemporary counter tops and a breakfast bar with stools. This condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
