Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee. .

This beachfront two bedroom, two bath condominium located at the Saida Royale Beach & Tennis Club offers gorgeous beach views from every room. The amenities don't stop there. The Saida complex offers three pools (one heated), four tennis courts and four jacuzzi's. Saida Royale 88-89 is located within walking distance of fine dining, shops and more. You will have private beach access to South Padre Island's sandy beaches.

The master bedroom entails a King bed and the guest bedroom entails two Queen beds. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen televisions. Cable television and wifi are included as well. The fully stocked kitchen features contemporary counter tops and a breakfast bar with stools. This condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
