I have it a 4 star because the staff was nice and helpful and check in process was very easy. We stayed an extra night and it was super simple to add it on. The room cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I get it's a cheap motel but I shouldn't have to go buy a broom to sweep or scrub a toilet as I check in. The bathroom and floors looked untouched for a while. Not the worst experience I've had by far. Would recommend for a cheap stay.

The property is charming, beautiful & relaxed...just what one wants in a beach B&B. Lilia, the manager, is so accommodating & prepares an awesome breakfast each morning. Sitting on the covered, open-air deck, watching the ocean, eating breakfast & sipping delicious coffee...well, that's hard to beat! Also, the property is very convenient to many dining & shopping options.

Destin was very disappointing as the entire beautiful coastline has been marred by high rise buildings and businesses restricting the access to beaches.Navarre Beach was beautiful and still largely undisturbed.
