“Great and friendly staff”

“We had originally booked a room with pool views, but upon arrival we were delighted with a free upgrade to a beautiful apartment since it was available. Such a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special! We truly enjoyed every moment of our time at the hotel. The staff were always kind and attentive, helping us with information about tours and local restaurants, which made our experience even better. Breakfast was exceptional, with delicious homemade cakes and a great variety of……

“This is a small but cute hotel on a quiet street. The staff were great, especially Malen but all the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were good. The room was clean and comfortable, stylishly decorated. We had the sea view and it was beautiful. The pool with relaxation area we enjoyed also. Thank you for a lovely stay! ”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“The view and surroundings are unique! It is quiet and peaceful with wonderful gardens. Spacy rooms. The lounges and tables could be fixed.”

“Convenient to shops, dining and beach. Good for families-lots of kids there so be prepared for kid noise.”

“The rooms were nice, but they really need some furniture in the room, they didn’t even have a chair to sit on inside the room. Other than that, ohh, and the tv is minimal if that’s your thing! But beautiful locations, pool area and gardens!”
