### Apartment in Slatine with Terrace, Air condition, WIFI (4789-3)

This spacious holiday apartment in Slatine on the island of Čiovo offers space for up to four people on 75 m² and is located just about 30 metres from the sea. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a well-maintained house and is ideal for couples or small families looking for relaxation near the beach.   
  
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and an open living area with a sofa bed, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes an electric cooker with four hobs, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. Comfort is provided by air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and WiFi.   
  
From the living area, you can access the covered terrace with seating for six people, a clothes horse, and direct access to the garden - ideal for cosy meals outdoors. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.   
  
In the outdoor area, a garden terrace and a barbecue facility are available. Restaurants, supermarket and café are within walking distance, as is the nearest gravel beach. The surroundings are excellently suited for beach holidays, water sports, walks and excursions to the nearby old town of Trogir.   
  
Included in the price are air conditioning, WiFi, water, electricity, bedding, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax. Small pets up to 10 kg are welcome, a parking space directly at the house is available.
