Old and dirty, had to get 10 keycards throughout our stay because they kept messing up and couldnt get in our room, breakfast was horrible, 2 of the 4 slot machines not working and hot tub juts barely work. This hotel needs ALOT of upgrades!

We had a great time! The hotel staff was amazing, friendly and always willing to help! The property was clean and safe! The breakfast was great. The staff made sure the food was stocked and the eating area stayed clean. The pool and hot tub were nice after traveling and keep kids busy between activities. It was a nice central location. It was about 10 minutes from all of our destinations. The rooms AC worked amazing. The showers were phenomenal! Great water pressure and stayed hot a long time! We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

The property needs some updates, when we first got on the elevator to our room we didn’t know what to expect. Once in our room everything looked ok, it was nice and clean. Other than the person checking us in not greeting us just asking for my CC and ID, customer service was very good. It’s clean! Which is very important to me.

We made the reservation specifically because of my service dog. When we got there after driving for 10 hours, we were turned away by the front desk clerk who assumed that my dog was not a trained service animal and began to ask me questions that violate hippa and ada regulations. I have never been more humiliated and frustrated by hospitality staff. We were left scrambling at 4 am trying to figure out another hotel to stay at.

The property might’ve been nice. I didn’t get to see it. I had reservations paid for my room in advance. Nobody told me that I would have to have a large deposit to stay there. I had driven 12 hours that day. I’m a senior citizen. I didn’t have the deposit so they wouldn’t give me my room so I ended up having to drive 11 more hours to get home in the middle of the pouring down rain at night alone and just because I went through Expedia they will not give me my refund so I lost the money that I had paid on the room. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude , he saw that I was older and then I had been traveling all day. This At 9 o’clock at night, all I wanted to do was lay down and go to sleep. He could have at least waived that deposit. I know they have that capability because I used to work for that industry. So that’s why I gave it a poor rating. I will never try to stay at that hotel again and I probably will never ever use Expedia again because this is twice now that I have lost money on a hotel room.

Room had strong air fresher smell. Was happy to see that the room itself was clean. Sheets bathroom carpet etc. because the rest of the building was old and not clean. Was there only to sleep overnight at a good rate and that was what I was looking for. If needed to stay longer to spend time at the hotel, I would have stayed somewhere else.
