We got here about 1am to sleep so we could continue in the morning. I've made more money for worse hotels than this. I was pleasantly surprised with the furniture, cleanliness, etc. of this hotels.

My favorite place to stay! Management is awesome! Rooms are clean and affordable. I’ve stayed 3 times and it’s very quiet and I’ve always slept well. The mattresses are amazing. It’s a hidden gem💞

Yes, customer service was good. No elevator. Elderly couple. Had to carry our own bags up to flights of stairs. No breakfast. Not even coffee in the lobby. But room was clean and quiet.

Check in went well, the bed did not seem to be a Queen Size as advertised. The television was damaged in the lower left hand portion of the screen prior to my checking in. I did not notify the front desk. Check out was not as well as check in as no one came to the desk...

Room was not too bad, what you could expect for the price. I did not however expect the additional charge of $150 for breakages. I also booked the room with breakfast included, but that is NOT INCLUDED, or even offered at the property. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. She offered me $10 to go buy breakfast at another hotel. Check out was a nightmare, waited 30 minutes and had to ring the bell 200 times. After having a argument with the indian lady, she refused to check me out. Eventually had to leave the property without checking out. AvOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!
