Handicap accessible room was located on the second floor at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevators. I booked a walk-in shower but received a standard bathtub. Front desk staff on the evening of 7/24 was not helpful, provided very little guidance and was unprofessional and rude in her response to my inquiries related to the handicap room location and lack of walk-in shower.

Great place to stay , very clean. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The perfect location in Wichita.... straight across the street from the best sports bar around..... let me tell you, the staff here is 5 star.... stayed at four seasons and the star was not as personable, personal, and focused on service .... day time gal patiently wasted innumerable hours with incompetent Expedia.... then solved my stay without interference..... can't say good enough things

The room was supposed to be non smoking It was overwhelming with smoke smell. The room was dirty we walked in and right back out
