This modern 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 10 people comfortably, The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, as well as a smart TV with cable access provided for your use! The master ensuite bathroom hosts a large jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The additional downstairs bedroom features a King bed as well as a brand new smart TV. Upstairs, a King suite hosts another smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom. This house is stunning! We were in awe from the moment we walked inside the house! Everything was so clean and ready for us. The management was at all times prompt to assist with anything we needed. All the amenities were great! The pool with adjustable temperature, the coziness of the house. They don’t list enough of the things they actually have ready to make your stay perfect in every way. Fully stocked on linens and kitchen ready for cooking and serve. Smart tv made entertainment so much more relaxing. We watched movies with the kids, played in the back yard with the games they had set up. And to top it off, they have an amazing selection of board games and puzzles ready to add more fun! We can’t wait to book our stay with Red Sands again!

Awesome for family time!
Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The home was so spacious, we spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool and playing corn hole. They have everything you would need to relax and enjoy family. We will definitely book again when staying in the St. George area.

This is our 2nd year renting this property and we love it! We will come back again. The house is at up well, very clean, and the pool, hot tub and out door fire pit are awesome! The property management company are very responsive. 5stars very deserved.

Beautiful home, expected more for the money. Fit and finish of the home wasn't good. Cabinets in the master bathroom were falling apart and held together with screws going straight threw the cabinets. Wood around the out side of the shower was comming apart and ruined from water. Ice maker on the fridge didn't work. Spa tub was full of black mold once it was turned on. Found garbage under beds and couches throughout the house. Half of the BBQ would not work. Not worth the money.

This was a great property. Red Sands was so easy, responsive and great to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of great space to hang out in as a group. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and got good use during our stay. Loved the backyard and lots of fun toys and games for us to enjoy.

Red Sands were very good to work with and the house was great.
The house was very comfy, great kitchen area. There is only some miner issues that needs addressed. 1- the keurig coffee maker dose not work. 2- the door going into the garage from the house the strike for the lock is backward so you can't lock the door. 3- the upstairs shower curtain is mounted all wrong. 4- it would have been nice to have some kleenex in the house. Would I rent this house again, absolutely in a heart beat. Great house, good location.

Great Family Home
This is the second time I've rented from Red Sands Rentals and I would do so again. The house was fantastic! We had 5 adults and 3 kids. The bunk room was great for the kids and all the king beds in the other rooms were comfortable.amd had plenty of space. The pool/spa were amazing and felt great after a day in Zion. The host was easily accessible via text to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property.
