"Great place to stay with my family, plenty of places to eat in and around the hotel, parking is valet or self park for a fee but it’s kept safe in garage, we had an amazing view or the arch from our window. Very safe area. Plenty of electronics charging ports. They provide ice water all day for guests in lobby, very welcoming."

"Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. Asked for a stand fan and it was brought very quickly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"This place was very comfortable. The shower was so relaxing and the couch was more comfortable than the bed. It was nice to hang out and play some pool as well! I didn't even mind it being right off the bush street as the car traffic and sirens weren't the worst thing ever. Totally will book again! "
"Very cute place. The dining room and set was so charming, we loved spending time in there. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, plus basic salt/pepper/oil was provided.
We were there during a heatwave and the place stayed relatively cool. Some fans would be helpful, only one ceiling fan that's in living room. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was safe. We took many walks. A couple good restaurants within a mile too. Could have been a little cleaner. The soles of our slippers were filthy, possibly from a cleaning product film on the floor."

"It was ok but we did have some issues with the table bein taped up and no matter how much we turned the air down it stayed 80 degrees in there and it was just to hot for us to be able to sleep well. It was also impossible for us to sleep while the fire alarm in the place next to us goin off throughout the whole night. There was also quite a bit of bugs too we had to kill several of them. The back door wouldn’t close or lock all the way so it made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy so we had to put a chair under the door to feel safe. Other than that it was a ok stay."
"Our stay was great! We had a minor hiccup with some plumbing issues that was fixed immediately and Jeff and Robert took great care of us! They were very timely and sweet. We appreciate them opening their place to us! "
