The caravans are dated and missing some cutlery. The bunk beds for an adult required the addition of the other two bunk bed mattresses to make it comfortable. Agree the view is great. Power was out for a couple of hours, not problem A suggestion would be to include a candle and lighter for candle and gas stove in the caravans.

Property was adequate. No instructions for fireplace. Ran out of toilet paper.

This property is spotless! We thought it had just opened as our room looked brand new. The location is about 10-15 min drive into historic Charlottetown and just down the street from any big box store/eateries/supermarkets. Also just down the street from the Cow's factory! Lots of parking, good breakfast, coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby, good pool, exercise room, filtered water machine at elevators, pet friendly, one set of washer and dryer ($2 each). The staff was very friendly and there was always someone cleaning. Very nice property.

The staff and owner were really great! We stayed for 2 nights and they helped us with getting kayaking ready. There are two issues we had, one was we didn’t realize how cold it gets at night (even in July). We stayed in an older plastic dome so it felt more like a tent. Make sure you bring winter PJs/extra layers. The other matter was outside of our control. The shower area drained towards the toilet so everything was wet after a shower. Aside from these two things everything else was amazing. I definitely want to come back but maybe stay in the hard domes with a kitchenette.
