“This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. “I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. “The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was so well stocked and fantastic storage. There were 9 of us and so many areas to gather in. We loved the pool, fire pit and of course the very close proximity from the house to the dock. House was very clean and comfortable. Lee was very responsive with any questions.
