I personally was not a fan but it did suffice my needs for the kiddos. I was able to get breakfast for them as well as in and out. Unfortunately, the keys I had couldn't sniff my cell phone (apparently) and it got decoded a few times. Overall I am grateful but I'm going to be a bit more selective with hotel stay (if the pool is a necessity as it was for this particular trip). #theshenaniganscontinues #onmuvahs #theyonyaNoDiddy

The property itself is nice, it’s the customer service that is horrible. There was a billing issue that could have been corrected with just a phone call, but no one at the property, when contacted, was willing to correct the situation, even when a representative from the parent company, Choice Hotels, called them to correct the problem. The issue has still not been resolved. Customer Service is everything to me and they failed miserably.

I was concerned based on other reviews. However, room was decent for price. Cleanliness was not an issue. There was little to no noise. Front desk receptionist was nice and check in was easy. They did give me two rooms next to each other which i had requested. Breakfast was a let down. Overall, i would stay again.

The property itself was average but the plumbing was horrible. I had to call downstairs the very morning we checked in and the property had been having previous issues with the toilets before my arrival and yet nothing had been done. If you have several reports of issues with your bathrooms you should get it completely checked. The front desk didn’t accommodate me by offering to move me or even discounting my room, instead we opted to use additional trash bags and discard any and all tissue to prevent flooding. We also made sure if we had to do more than urinate it was done before returning to the room. Just ridiculous!
