There were holes from were that had been one. Being a solo female traveler, I actually put a chair in front of the door. "I made a big mistake booking through EXPEDIA...no refund when we had to leave one day early due to a snowstorm hitting.....we are currently snowed in with more on the way. EXPEDIA will never be my booking of choice. Sad policy not to at least refund a portion....weather conditions should be an exception to their strict, unheard of policy."

"My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. Every other aspect of my stay was extremely positive, and hte young lady who on staff at checkout was friendly, professional and did an excellent job."
