It had ample parking and a clean room. We had no need to interact with any staff except for checking in. Room had heat and air which we never needed to use. There is no sense of comfort and fortunately we were only there for one night. The front desk experience was poor, we were not even informed of a wifi code so we expected it to be in the room, but it wasn't. Breakfast is from 7am to 9am closing far too early if you are looking for a restful break. No shower gel or body wash in the bathroom, just super thin soap and a couple of shampoo & conditioner sachets. Both the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and part way through the night my head was hurting. I did not buy cancellation insurance, so I learned my lesson and will never book a hotel this way again. I am allergic to cats, dust and mold. There were all three allergens in this hotel. The bedding hasn't been updated since the 1960's. Although the carpet had been removed and replaced with laminate, there is still carpet as baseboards that has been there since the 1950's. It was worse than the Bates motel. Bad energy. Old food was left in the fridge in our room. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was well stocked, many of the other things could be updated. Bathroom light flickered and fan was loud. Microwave didn’t really work and bedding was older and mattresses as well.
