Súper jarné prázdniny

Dovolenka sa vydarila, počasie bolo súper a čo sa týka ubytovania tam skutočne nemáme čo vytknúť. Ochotný a ústretový personál v jedálni ( veľmi chutné jedlá) , usmiata recepčná. Mali sme tam 4 vnúčatá tak detský kútik sme využili naplno.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Beautiful lake view from the balcony of our room( we paid extra for one)Great location.Free parking. Very good breakfast. Quick check in. Staff helpful and cooperative- not super welcoming-except for the super nice spa manager! Nice little spa to relax in. Room was not super clean. More amnities in the bathroom and a coffee machine would have made the stay perfect.

Magical Hotel in the Tatra Mountains

Gorgeous area and the hotel is well-located, next door to the Kapinski Hotel. We were only there one night. The room was large and the bathroom modern and clean. We had an amazing view of the Tatra Mountains from our room. They have a comfortable bar area and dining room. My husband left a suit coat and shirt in the room when we left and they quickly and without a problem sent it back to us in the U.S. So nice! They took us to the train station in a van free of charge. Would definitely return.

Schönes Hotel, super Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Leider spricht das Personal weder Englisch oder Deutsch. Vor dem Hotel sind 2 Kinderspielplätze - nachmittags war es sehr laut.

Výborný hotel předevím svou polohou, pár chybiček, které nic nestojí, ale mohou být otravné, jako společná deka pro dva na spaní není praktická, opačné otáčení kohoutků umyvadlo a sprcha, jídelní lístek neodpovídá skutečné nabídce (polovina jídel se nepřipravuje) apod., jsou to jen hlouposti, ale management by tyto chyby mohl odstranit bez nutnosti investic.

S hotelom a jeho službami som bol spokojný, avšak nevyšlo nám počasie. Mali sme izbu, v ktorej boli prepojovacie dvere do susednej izby. Hoci boli zamknuté tak hluk sa od vedľa cez ne šíril celu noc a keď si chcel človek ráno pospať tak nemal šancu.

On the frozen lake...

This place is a gem the ONLY pedantic detail I could find wrong here was the old carpet in the room. other than that, it was a superb hotel, fantastic location, great service and lovely.

Hotel Solisko is wonderful!

We had a fabulous time staying at this hotel. Location is perfect for hikers. Some trails start right by the hotel or nearby. We loved the fact that we parked our car and did not have to touch it for the duration of our stay. Restaurants, grocery store and other shops are all in a walking distance. We had a room facing Strbske Pleso, a glacier lake. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff at the front desk was very courteous and responsive. For example, we did not sleep too well the first night because of the loud music from the radio turned on late into the night and early morning in the restaurant downstairs. After talking to the front desk, this issue was remediated and we had a peace and quiet in all subsequent nights. Our room came with a free breakfast and there was plenty to choose from - scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, fresh bread, pastries and fresh fruit. There was a nice coffee machine and we did enjoy our morning espresso with milk from freshly ground beans. Several nights we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant The hotel also offered access to wellness center - free use of hot tub and sauna which came handy after days of strenuous hikes. I would definitely stay again at this hotel again.

Flott sted, noen mangler

Vi fikk et stort rom så alle fire hadde god plass. Rommet hadde nydelig utsikt til vann og fjell og vi fikk gratis parkering. Spa-anlegget er enkelt men hyggelig. Restauranten er ikke så spennende og rommet har ikke air-condition. De tok seg også ekstra betalt for ekstraseng uten å ha oppgitt dette på forhånd.
