    The Konz Kottage is located in the family friendly and quaint fishing village of Port Salerno. The Sailfish Capital of the World. Port Salerno is a small community located on the tranquil waters of The Manatee Pocket. This is where you can access all the water sports Port Salerno has to offer. Everything from paddle boarding to offshore sport fishing charters are within a short walk. Eight restaurants all within a brief walk of the house. It is a cozy place to relax with friends and family.

We stayed for a weekend to visit friends in the area and loved the property. The house was very comfortable inside, we loved the outside areas and it was very convenient to restaurants.

The house was comfortable, clean, and our favorite part was the screened in patio with TV. We enjoyed the evenings sitting out back. We also loved the location, being able to walk to the marina, restaurants, and coffee shop. I hope we can stay here again!

I don't typically take the time to submit reviews...particularly on the good properties! Out of selfishness, I don't want my favorites to become so popular I can't get them when I want to. In this case, I'll make an exception.We needed some more propane for the grill. Jen had it there before we needed to cook. Everything we needed during our stay was there...appliances, kitchen tools, etc.You won't find a better property in Port Salerno. Please be kind to it. Wash the sand off your stuff with the hose out front so the house is ready for me to come back to and don't put a bunch of junk down the garbage disposal! Cheers.
