“The outside is recently painted. It is what you paid for. The hotel is older and everything shows signs of aging. Rusty and broken. Tiled floors are broken off and exposed sharp edges. No hot breakfast and nothing is fresh. I opened a container of creamer cheese for my bagel and it has mold. I brought it to front desk and the clerk threw it away and not removing the rest of the moldy cream cheese. This place is cheaper than Best Western directly across the street. “The cottage is adorable and close to the downtown area. The amenities are excellent. It is though close to the railroad tracks and the train came by almost every 3 hrs throughout the night. This unit is located on the second floor and you’ll need to be able to walk up the stairs. Unfortunately being in a boot post surgery this was not an ideal situation for me.”

“It is very much appropriately named a "boutique hotel!" Authentic old Florida feel - so close to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice. Very peaceful yet fun environment!”
